MINT CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving of Truvani Mint Chocolate Protein Powder (Use code COOKINGWITHCAR for 20% off)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or more for a sweeter shake

  • Optional Topping: 2 tbsp of melted chocolate and 1 tsp of coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all your ingredients until smooth. Slowly add more milk if needed to help it blend. You want it to be super thick and creamy.

  • Pour your melted chocolate over the top and stick it in the freezer for a few minutes. Once the chocolate has set, enjoy!
