PROTEIN PUMPKIN SPICE FRENCH TOAST BAKE
INGREDIENTS
6-8 slices of thick bread cubed
3 eggs
1/4 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of almond milk

DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Prepare Bread: Cube your bread and add it to your baking dish.
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, add the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, almond milk, pumpkin spice, and protein powder. Blend until smooth
Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture over the cubed bread, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Bake: Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 more minutes until the top is golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
