VALENTINE’S DAY COSMIC BROWNIES (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup oat haus brownie batter granola butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Toppings:

    • 1 bar of dark chocolate

    • 1 tsp coconut oil

    • Valentine's Day m&ms and sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all your wet ingredients. Add all your dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Mix in half your M&M’s.

  • Pour into your lined baking pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. You want to slightly underbake these brownies. If you think they need 2 more minutes take them out. Use a toothpick to test. It should come out a little wet still. They should be set with the slightest jiggle when you shake the pan. Let them cool for 20 minutes.

  • Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together and pour over the top with the brownies still in the pan. Sprinkle your fun toppings and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
