MEAL PREP: CHERRY PIE OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of oats (I prefer the texture of quick oats over rolled oats)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
2 tbsp of collagen powder
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp of maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter)
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of frozen cherries thawed
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend your almond milk and cherries until smooth. This will be your liquid for your overnight oats
In 4 containers, add your dry ingredients. Then add your yogurt and maple syrup. To each container add 1/3 cup of the cherry milk.
Mix each one, and let sit in the fridge overnight. Top with cherries in the morning! Enjoy
