MEAL PREP: CHERRY PIE OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of oats (I prefer the texture of quick oats over rolled oats)

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp of collagen powder

  • dash of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter)

  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 cup of frozen cherries thawed

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, blend your almond milk and cherries until smooth. This will be your liquid for your overnight oats

  • In 4 containers, add your dry ingredients. Then add your yogurt and maple syrup. To each container add 1/3 cup of the cherry milk.

  • Mix each one, and let sit in the fridge overnight. Top with cherries in the morning! Enjoy
