MEAL PREP: PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLL OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/3 cups of oats (I prefer the texture of quick oats over rolled oats)

  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp of hemp seeds

  • 4 heaping tbsps of vanilla chai protein powder ( I use Truvani)

  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter)

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups of almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  • In 4 containers, add 1/3 cup of oats to each one. Followed by 1 tbsp of chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon

  • Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of milk to each container. Give everything a good mix.

  • Optional: you can make a cute Greek yogurt swirl by adding Greek yogurt to a plastic bag and cutting the corner off.

  • Place in the fridge and enjoy the next morning!
