MEAL PREP: PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN BITES
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of Truvani Pumpkin Spice Protein
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips OR I personally like cutting a bar up into small pieces
DIRECTIONS
In a medium-sized bowl, add your almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin. Then add in the rest of your ingredients.
Mix everything really well. Let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes. Once slightly chilled, scoop and roll into balls. Enjoy!
This makes 10-12 balls!
