COPYCAT: SWEETGREEN PESTO VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp of salt and pepper

  • 2 gloves of garlic

  • 1 cup of fresh basil leaves

  • 1 cup of fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, add all your ingredients. Blend until super creamy. Enjoy!
