MEAL PREP: DIRTY VANILLA CHAI PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein (use code: COOKINGWITHCAR for 20% off)

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 3 1/2 ounces of espresso

  • 1 tbsp of chai spice spice

  • 1/2 cup of almond butter

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips OR I personally like cutting a bar up into small pieces

DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add your almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and pum. Then add in the rest of your ingredients.

  • Mix everything really well. Let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes. Once slightly chilled, scoop and roll into balls. Enjoy!

  • This makes 10-12 balls!
