MEAL PREP: DIRTY VANILLA CHAI PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein (use code: COOKINGWITHCAR for 20% off)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
3 1/2 ounces of espresso
1 tbsp of chai spice spice
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips OR I personally like cutting a bar up into small pieces
DIRECTIONS
In a medium-sized bowl, add your almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and pum. Then add in the rest of your ingredients.
Mix everything really well. Let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes. Once slightly chilled, scoop and roll into balls. Enjoy!
This makes 10-12 balls!
