HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350.
In a large bowl mash your bananas until smooth. Add the rest of your wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Fold in your cocoa powder and baking soda.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
