HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350.

  • In a large bowl mash your bananas until smooth. Add the rest of your wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Fold in your cocoa powder and baking soda.

  • Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
