PROTEIN BANANA CREAM PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 TBSP of maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla

  • handful of crushed Graham crackers ( I use simple mills sweet thins)

  • More crackers and banana slices for topping.

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, blend your cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Layer your extra sliced banana, crackers, and pudding mixture in a small dish or glass. This does not need to be perfect.

  • Let sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until it has set!
