LEMON PROTEIN CHEESECAKE JARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving of Truvani lemon cookie protein powder (code: COOKINGWITHCAR for 20% off)

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese

  • juice & zest from two lemons

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers

  • 1/4 cup of melted white chocolate

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  • In a food processor, add the cottage cheese, lemon juice/zest, protein powder, and sweetener of choice. Blend until super creamy.

  • Melt your chocolate and coconut oil. In two small mason jars, layer your crackers and lemon mixture, ending on graham crackers.

  • Pour over your white chocolate and set in the fridge for one hour.
