PROTEIN S’MORES BROWNIE SKILLET

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder (I used Pravi — Code: COOKINGWITHCAR for a discount)

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers

  • 10-15 marshmallows cut in half

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a large bowl whisk together your wet ingredients until pale in color. Add your dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Fold in your chocolate chips and graham crackers.

  • Grease a 10-inch skillet and evenly spread your brownie batter in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Once done, layer your marshmallows on the top. Turn your oven onto a low broil and broil until the top is golden brown. CAREFULLY WATCH because they will burn within seconds.
