PROTEIN S’MORES BROWNIE SKILLET
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder (I used Pravi — Code: COOKINGWITHCAR for a discount)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
10-15 marshmallows cut in half
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk together your wet ingredients until pale in color. Add your dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Fold in your chocolate chips and graham crackers.
Grease a 10-inch skillet and evenly spread your brownie batter in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Once done, layer your marshmallows on the top. Turn your oven onto a low broil and broil until the top is golden brown. CAREFULLY WATCH because they will burn within seconds.
