PUMPKIN SPICE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of rolled oats
1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of pumpkin purée
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix all your ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly on the baking tray and really pack it in.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is golden brown. Let it cool COMPLETELY on the tray for 1 hour.
