PUMPKIN SPICE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts

  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Mix all your ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly on the baking tray and really pack it in.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is golden brown. Let it cool COMPLETELY on the tray for 1 hour.
