SINGLE SERVE PROTEIN LAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp gf flour 

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder

  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder 

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup* 

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla 

  • 2 squares of chocolate

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix all your ingredients until smooth. Grease a small oven-safe dish and pour your batter into it. Push a chunk of chocolate right into the center. Air Fry at 300 for 10-12 minutes just until the top is set and forms a crust! 

RECIPE NOTES

✼ This is very rich! If you want it sweeter add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
✼ If you can’t do the dairy, sub the Greek yogurt for applesauce 
✼ If you do not have an oven, bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes
