CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 serving of vanilla chai protein powder ( I use Truvani)
1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of shredded carrots
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 - 3/4 of almond milk
1 small nub of raw Ginger
1 tbsp hemp seeds
3-4 walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender. Top with more walnuts, cinnamon, and carrots!
