CARROT CAKE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving of vanilla chai protein powder ( I use Truvani) 

  • 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

  • Cinnamon (measure with your heart) 

  • 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup 

  • 1/4 cup of shredded carrots 

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats 

  • 1/2 - 3/4 of almond milk 

  • 1 small nub of raw Ginger 

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 

  • 3-4 walnuts

DIRECTIONS

Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender. Top with more walnuts, cinnamon, and carrots!
