APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of oats
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1/2-3/4 cup of almond milk ( to your liking )
1 tbsp hemp and chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
cinnamon (measure with your heart)
top with my cinnamon apples, you can find the recipe a few posts back
DIRECTIONS
Mix all your ingredients together and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple hours.
When you’re ready to eat add your apples!
