APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2-3/4 cup of almond milk ( to your liking )

  • 1 tbsp hemp and chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • cinnamon (measure with your heart)

  • top with my cinnamon apples, you can find the recipe a few posts back

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all your ingredients together and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple hours.

  • When you’re ready to eat add your apples!
