OATMEAL APPLE COOKIES (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 medium grated apple

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all your ingredients in one bowl. Let your dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat your oven to 325. Scoop and press down each cookie. They will not spread in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • Let them completely cool on the tray.

  • Optional: Ice them with greek yogurt mixed with maple syrup.
