OATMEAL APPLE COOKIES (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 medium grated apple
DIRECTIONS
Mix all your ingredients in one bowl. Let your dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 325. Scoop and press down each cookie. They will not spread in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let them completely cool on the tray.
Optional: Ice them with greek yogurt mixed with maple syrup.
