PROTEIN B-DAY PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
1 serving of vanilla Truvani
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
In a high-speed blender, blend all your ingredients except the sprinkles.
Fold your sprinkles into the batter.
Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray and cook your pancakes until golden brown and crispy.
Makes 4-6 pancakes!!
