PROTEIN B-DAY PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 serving of vanilla Truvani

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 cup of sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  • In a high-speed blender, blend all your ingredients except the sprinkles. 

  • Fold your sprinkles into the batter. 

  • Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray and cook your pancakes until golden brown and crispy. 

  • Makes 4-6 pancakes!!
