INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 1 serving of vanilla chai protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

  • cinnamon

  • ice

  • 2 shots of espresso

  • milk if needed to help blend

DIRECTIONS

  • In a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients together until creamy

  • Top with more cinnamon and enjoy
