S’MORES BROWNIES (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust Layer:

    • 1 box of Simple Mills sweet thins

    • 5 tablespoons of unsalted vegan butter

  • Brownie layer:

    • 1 1/2 cups of almond flour

    • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder

    • 1 12 oz jar of Soom Foods dark chocolate tahini

    • 2 eggs

    • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Toppings:

    • chocolate chips

    • Mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Crush your sweet thins until very fine and mix with melted butter. Press into your pan and bake for 12 minutes.

  • Beat your eggs, tahini, and vanilla until combined. Add in your dry ingredients (YOUR BATTER WILL BE REALLY THICK)

  • Carefully spread your brownie batter evenly on top of the cooked crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

  • Add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to cover the top. Broil on high for like 30 seconds lol (watch it in the oven because you can burn it SO quickly)

  • Let sit for a few minutes, cut, and enjoy warm!!!!
