S’MORES BROWNIES (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
Crust Layer:
1 box of Simple Mills sweet thins
5 tablespoons of unsalted vegan butter
Brownie layer:
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 12 oz jar of Soom Foods dark chocolate tahini
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Toppings:
chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Crush your sweet thins until very fine and mix with melted butter. Press into your pan and bake for 12 minutes.
Beat your eggs, tahini, and vanilla until combined. Add in your dry ingredients (YOUR BATTER WILL BE REALLY THICK)
Carefully spread your brownie batter evenly on top of the cooked crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to cover the top. Broil on high for like 30 seconds lol (watch it in the oven because you can burn it SO quickly)
Let sit for a few minutes, cut, and enjoy warm!!!!
