CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder ( I use Truvani) 

  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2 tsp of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mash your bananas with a fork well and add the rest of your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined

  • In a large bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients. Pour your wet mixture into your dry mixture. Do not overmix! 

  • Fold in your chocolate chips. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
