CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder ( I use Truvani)
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of maple syrup
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mash your bananas with a fork well and add the rest of your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined
In a large bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients. Pour your wet mixture into your dry mixture. Do not overmix!
Fold in your chocolate chips. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
