RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN ICE CREAM POPS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mash your berries, chia seeds & lemon together.
Crush your crackers in a small bag. Set both aside.
Blend the rest of your ingredients together until very smooth.
In a silicone popsicle mold, alternate your three mixtures, ending on the crackers.
Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!!!
