RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN ICE CREAM POPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese 

  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk 

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup 

  • 1 serving of  vanilla protein powder 

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers 

  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

DIRECTIONS

  • In a small bowl, mash your berries, chia seeds & lemon together. 

  • Crush your crackers in a small bag. Set both aside. 

  • Blend the rest of your ingredients together until very smooth. 

  • In a silicone popsicle mold, alternate your three mixtures, ending on the crackers.

  • Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!!!
