SMALL BATCH: ALMOND JOY TRUFFLES (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of shredded coconut (not flakes)
1/4 cup of almond flour
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
melted chocolate & chopped almonds for toppings!
DIRECTIONS
Mix the first 4 ingredients very well. Form 4 balls.
Drizzle over your melted chocolate and sprinkle your almonds.
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!! Store in the fridge for up to a week!
