SMALL BATCH: ALMOND JOY TRUFFLES (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (not flakes) 

  • 1/4 cup of almond flour 

  • 2 tbsp of  maple syrup 

  • 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil 

  • melted chocolate & chopped almonds for toppings! 

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients very well. Form 4 balls. 

  • Drizzle over your melted chocolate and sprinkle your almonds. 

  • Set in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!! Store in the fridge for up to a week!
