3 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PITA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of flour
3 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 3/4 cups of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp of salt
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk all your dry ingredients together. Add your Greek yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon. Once the dough starts to come together, start using your hands to finish mixing it.
Make 12 small dough balls. Roll each one out as thin as you can get them on a floured surface. If you want them to be a perfect circle, use a plate to trace cut along the edge!
In a skillet on medium-high heat, coat the pan with olive oil and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Watch carefully because they can easily burn.
