MEAL PREP: TURKEY BACON EGG BITES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup of egg whites

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1/3 cup of chopped veggies

  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese

  • 6 pieces of turkey bacon

  • 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a muffin tray REALLY well.

  • Align your bacon in each cup. It's okay if they fold over each other.

  • Blend your eggs, cottage cheese, egg whites, and spices. Evenly pour in each cup.

  • Sprinkle in your veggies and top with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are set and the bacon is crispy.
