MEAL PREP: TURKEY BACON EGG BITES
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/4 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/3 cup of chopped veggies
1/4 cup of shredded cheese
6 pieces of turkey bacon
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a muffin tray REALLY well.
Align your bacon in each cup. It's okay if they fold over each other.
Blend your eggs, cottage cheese, egg whites, and spices. Evenly pour in each cup.
Sprinkle in your veggies and top with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are set and the bacon is crispy.
