PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE SQUARES
INGREDIENTS
Crust Layer:
2 1/2 cups of dark chocolate granola
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz of full-fat cottage cheese
3 servings of peanut butter protein powder
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1-3 tbsp of almond milk
1/4 cup of melted chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Use a food processor to blend your granola until it’s super fine.
Add all your crust ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Evenly press your crust into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Set in the freezer while you make your filling
Add your cheesecake layer ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until super creamy. If you need to add 1-3 tbsp of milk to help it blend.
Evenly spread your cheesecake layer over your crust and put it back in the freezer for a couple of hours. Drizzle over your chocolate and enjoy!
