CHICKPEA CHOCOLATE BARK
INGREDIENTS
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 melted chocolate bar of your choice
drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. After you rinse and drain your chickpeas, dry them off well with a paper towel.
Lay them evenly on a sheet tray and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes shake the tray every 10 minutes until they are cripsy.
Pour them into a bowl of melted chocolate and mix.
Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and spread it out. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour!
