CHICKPEA CHOCOLATE BARK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1 melted chocolate bar of your choice

  • drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. After you rinse and drain your chickpeas, dry them off well with a paper towel.

  • Lay them evenly on a sheet tray and drizzle with a little olive oil.

  • Bake for 30 minutes shake the tray every 10 minutes until they are cripsy.

  • Pour them into a bowl of melted chocolate and mix.

  • Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and spread it out. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour!
