SINGLE SERVE: CHEESEBURGER STUFFED PEPPERS
INGREDIENTS
1 bell pepper
1/2 lb of grass-fed ground beef
1/4 of a small red onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp of mustard
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Toppings: Shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, red onion, & burger sauce*
DIRECTIONS
Cut your bell pepper in half and take out the inside. Ary fry for 5 minutes at 350.
In a small pan, saute your onions for a few minutes. Add your ground beef and cook for a few minutes.
Add your spices, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until your ground beef is fully cooked through.
Add your beef mixture to your peppers and lay a piece of cheddar cheese on top. Ary fry at 325 for 5 minutes until your cheese is melted.
*Prepare your toppings and burger sauce. For my burger sauce, I just eyeballed mustard, ketchup, mayo, and pickles!! Plate up and enjoy!
