PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SHEET PAN
INGREDIENTS
1 grass-fed strip sirloin
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of pepper
4 slices of provolone cheese
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice your steak into ¼ inch strips. Whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and spices in a bowl. Add your steak and mix until the steak is all coated. Let marinate overnight or for at least 10 minutes in the fridge
While your steak sits, slice your peppers and onions. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Place your veggies and steak on the pan. Get in there with your hands and make sure everything is coated/spread out evenly
Bake for 15 minutes, take out and add your slices of cheese. Turn the oven to broil and place your pan back in the oven. Broil for 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted. BE CAREFUL as this can burn very very quickly on broil.
