PEACHES AND CREAM PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
1/4 gup of gluten-free flour
1 banana
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 peaches, sliced thinly
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp of butter
1/2 cup greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS
Add your sliced peaches, brown sugar, butter, and a dash of cinnamon in a small saucepan. mix everything on low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Set to the side and let cool.
Add your egg whites, protein powder, flour, banana, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until creamy and cook your pancakes
layer your pancake with Greek yogurt and the peaches mixture. enjoy!
