PEACHES AND CREAM PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 scoop of Truvani Vanilla Chai Protein Powder

  • 1/4 gup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 peaches, sliced thinly

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp of butter

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  • Add your sliced peaches, brown sugar, butter, and a dash of cinnamon in a small saucepan. mix everything on low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Set to the side and let cool.

  • Add your egg whites, protein powder, flour, banana, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until creamy and cook your pancakes

  • layer your pancake with Greek yogurt and the peaches mixture. enjoy!
