LEMON GINGER WELLNESS SHOTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bags of ginger, washed. ( I used three bags from trader joes)

  • 6 lemons cut into quarters

  • Turmeric

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Coconut water

  • Apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill your blender to the top with lemons and ginger. You can leave the skin and peel on just give everything a good wash. Add as much of the spices as you’d like.

  • Fill your blender halfway with coconut water and add as much apple cider vinegar as you want. You may need to do two rounds depending on your blender.

  • Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer. Feel free to double-strain! Store in the fridge. I got about 15 shots out of this recipe!
