LEMON GINGER WELLNESS SHOTS
INGREDIENTS
3 bags of ginger, washed. ( I used three bags from trader joes)
6 lemons cut into quarters
Turmeric
Cayenne pepper
Coconut water
Apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Fill your blender to the top with lemons and ginger. You can leave the skin and peel on just give everything a good wash. Add as much of the spices as you’d like.
Fill your blender halfway with coconut water and add as much apple cider vinegar as you want. You may need to do two rounds depending on your blender.
Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer. Feel free to double-strain! Store in the fridge. I got about 15 shots out of this recipe!
