RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN MUFFINS (SMALL BATCH)
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1/4 of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp of nut butter
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350.
Mash your banana with a fork in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Fold in your dry ingredients. Then fold in your chocolate chips and raspberries. I like to smash a few of the raspberries while mixing gently
Scoop into your greased muffin tray. This will make about 8 muffins! Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean!
