PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SKILLET (HEALTHIER)
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar
3/4 cup of almond flour
1 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease an 8-inch skillet.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk your wet ingredients and sugar together. Fold in your dry ingredients. Add your chocolate chips and mix. your batter will be thick!
Evenly spread out on your skillet and bake for 20 minutes!
