PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SKILLET (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and grease an 8-inch skillet.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk your wet ingredients and sugar together. Fold in your dry ingredients. Add your chocolate chips and mix. your batter will be thick!

  • Evenly spread out on your skillet and bake for 20 minutes!
