FROZEN YOGURT STRAWBERRY ALMOND CLUSTERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt 

  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds

  • 3/4 cup of chopped strawberries

  • 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix everything except the chocolate. 

  • Spoon little clusters onto a parchment-lined pan. Freeze for 30 minutes. 

  • Take them out and dip or drizzle each one in chocolate and top with flaky sea salt. 

  • Put them back in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy
