EASY STOVE TOP CINNAMON APPLES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large apples, cubed

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • Cinnamon (measure with your heart)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • dash of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • On medium-high heat, add your apples and 2 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Your apples should be fork-tender.

  • Add the rest of your ingredients and cook for a few minutes until you see the juices slightly thicken and the apples become soft.
