EASY STOVE TOP CINNAMON APPLES
INGREDIENTS
3 large apples, cubed
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp maple syrup
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
1 tsp of vanilla
dash of salt
DIRECTIONS
On medium-high heat, add your apples and 2 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Your apples should be fork-tender.
Add the rest of your ingredients and cook for a few minutes until you see the juices slightly thicken and the apples become soft.
