CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
16 oz of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of chocolate protein
1/4 cup of maple syrup
3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
mashed raspberries
Melted dark chocolate & coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Blend all your ingredients until SUPER smooth. Depending on your blender, this could take 1-3 minutes.
Scoop your mousse into two serving dishes. Top with mashed raspberries, melted chocolate, and salt.
Let sit in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.
