CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz of cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate protein

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings:

    • mashed raspberries

    • Melted dark chocolate & coconut oil

    • Flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all your ingredients until SUPER smooth. Depending on your blender, this could take 1-3 minutes.

  • Scoop your mousse into two serving dishes. Top with mashed raspberries, melted chocolate, and salt.

  • Let sit in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.

RECIPE NOTES

✼ For dairy-free, use 16 oz of canned coconut or 3-4 ripe avocados
