HONEY CINNAMON PROTEIN CEREAL BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of Lovebird Cinnamon Cheerios

  • 1/4 cup vanilla chai protein powder

  • cinnamon (measure with your heart)

  • 2/3 cup of cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • Optional topping: Greek yogurt honey drizzle

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix your cereal, cinnamon, and protein powder.

  • Melt your cashew butter and honey in the microwave

  • Add to your cereal and mix VERY well. Press into an 8x8 pan. Press it FIRMLY, like keep pressing it together. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

  • Drizzle with yogurt and enjoy
