PROTEIN JALAPENO POPPER DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of full-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozz

  • 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar

  • 1/3 cup of Trader Joe’s sweet and hot jarred jalapeños, chopped

  • 1 fresh jalapeño chopped (if you want it spicer keep the seeds and use a couple more)

  • 4 thick-cut pieces of cooked and chopped bacon

  • 1 shredded chicken breast

  • 2 tbsp of chopped chives

  • 1/4 tsp of cumin and chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper

  • Extra cheese for topping and sliced jalapeños

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix everything in a bowl.

  • Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes in an 8x8 pan.

  • For the last few minutes put it on broil but keep an eye on it because it will burn very easily. Serve with chips and enjoy
