WINTER HARVEST CHICKEN SAUSAGE SHEET PAN MEAL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Bilinksi organic sweet apple & honey sausage

  • 1 sweet potato, cubed

  • 1 shallot, sliced

  • 2 cups of chopped kale

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup of crumbled goat cheese

  • ¼ cup of maple balsamic dressing

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 375.

  • Add all your veggies and sausage to the pan and coat with olive oil. Add your seasonings. Get in there with your hands and mix everything very well.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Toss and turn your oven up to 400 and bake for 5-10 more minutes until everything gets nice and golden.

  • Top with dried cranberries, goat cheese, and a drizzle of maple balsamic dressing.
