THIN MINT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 8 oz of cashew milk 

  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint 

  • 1 giant handful of spinach 

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds 

  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup 

  • 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract 

  • optional toppings: 

    • 3 tbsp of Hu Kitchen Crunchy Mint Chocolate melted and drizzled around the glass!

DIRECTIONS

  • In a high-speed blender, blend all your ingredients together until smooth

  • If you want to be extra fancy you can rim your glass with chocolate!
