SINGLE SERVE: PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp of peanut butter protein powder (I use Truvani)
1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of maple syrup
Optional topping: melted chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, blend all your ingredients until they are very very smooth. Should take about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer your mousse to a little dish and add the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours!
