LEMON POPPY SEED PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites 

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour 

  • juice and zest from one lemon 

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 

  • 2 tsp of poppy seeds 


DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all your ingredients except the poppy seeds.

  • After blending, add your poppy seeds and cook your pancakes! This recipe makes 4-6 pancakes!
