LEMON POPPY SEED PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
juice and zest from one lemon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp of poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS
Blend all your ingredients except the poppy seeds.
After blending, add your poppy seeds and cook your pancakes! This recipe makes 4-6 pancakes!
