BLUEBERRY LEMON PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Toppings and Filling: 1/2 cup of wild frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all your ingredients to make your batter. Cook your pancakes and hand a handful of blueberries to each one.

  • Mix the rest of your frozen blueberries and your desired amount of maple syrup together. Pour over your pancakes and enjoy.
