BLUEBERRY LEMON PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
Juice of 1 lemon
Toppings and Filling: 1/2 cup of wild frozen blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Blend all your ingredients to make your batter. Cook your pancakes and hand a handful of blueberries to each one.
Mix the rest of your frozen blueberries and your desired amount of maple syrup together. Pour over your pancakes and enjoy.
