FROZEN PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER BANANA POPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1- 3 tbsp of almond milk

  • 1/3 cup of melted chocolate

  • wooden skewers or popsicle sticks

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut your banana in half and then cut the halves again.

  • Mix your Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup together. If need be add a little milk to help it mix better.

  • Stick your skewers into your banana slices. Spread your yogurt mixture on the flat side of your banana. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Dip your bananas into your melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky salt. Put them back into the freezer for 1 hour and enjoy.
