SMALL BATCH BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of oats
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, mash your banana. Add your maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla. Give it a good mix until well combined
Fold in your dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Scoop out 4 cookies and press them down because these will not spread.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the bottoms are nice and golden.
