SMALL BATCH BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup of oats

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • Cinnamon (measure with your heart)

  • 1/3 cup of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350.

  • In a medium bowl, mash your banana. Add your maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla. Give it a good mix until well combined

  • Fold in your dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Scoop out 4 cookies and press them down because these will not spread.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the bottoms are nice and golden.
