APPLE PIE BOMBS (HEALTHIER)

INGREDIENTS

  • Dough:

  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten free flour

  • 1 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • dash of salt

  • 1 /2 cup of my stovetop cinnamon apples

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all your ingredients until it forms a dough. Lay out on a floured surface. Roll into a big ball cut into 8 pieces and form into little balls.

  • Spread out each ball into a circle and add 1 tbsp of my easy stove-top cinnamon apple mixture

  • Air fry at 350 for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Take them out, brush them with a little butter or coconut oil, and roll in cinnamon/coconut sugar!
